Cookies & local storage
An inventory of storage used by the current application, with hosting verification still pending.
Draft reviewed 17 October 2026. No final commercial effective date has been set.
1. Current application technology
The current application code does not set advertising cookies, install ad pixels or include an analytics SDK. It uses browser storage for user-requested saving features. Hosting infrastructure may add its own cookies or storage; that separate inventory has not yet been verified for the deployed environment.
2. Saved chart reports
IndexedDB database tradevision-reports stores up to ten reports with image files, analysis results and notes. It is written when you choose Save report & notes. Records persist until removal, site-data deletion or browser eviction; adding an eleventh report removes the oldest saved report.
3. Journal, watchlist and plan
Local-storage key tradevision-journal-v1 stores up to five hundred trade records. tradevision-watchlist-v1 stores up to thirty selected instruments. tradevision-plan-v1 stores one working plan and checklist. These support saving actions in the corresponding features. There is no fixed time-based expiry.
4. Managing storage
You can remove individual journal entries, watchlist items and reports in the workspace. To remove all locally saved site information, use your browser’s site-data controls for this website. Export any records you want to retain first. Removing browser data does not itself delete technical logs that may be held by a hosting provider.
5. Before adding marketing or analytics
Any future non-essential storage or tracking must be assessed and, where required, blocked until valid consent is given. Consent controls must allow refusal and withdrawal as readily as acceptance. This draft does not provide consent for future tracking, and no decorative consent banner is presented as evidence of compliance.
Operator and privacy contact: not yet provided. Do not send sensitive information through chart notes or exports as a substitute for contacting the operator.
