LEGAL & TRANSPARENCY
Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds
Commercial policy draft. Payments and subscriptions are not active.
Draft reviewed 17 October 2026. No final commercial effective date has been set.
Current service
The preview is free. The displayed memberships are proposed plans. No automatic renewal, subscription charge or paid entitlement is activated by visiting the site or using the free tools.
What must be disclosed before payment
The final checkout must identify the seller and show the plan, currency, billing interval, total payable amount, applicable tax treatment, included features, usage limits, renewal terms and cancellation process before purchase. Cloud history, priority support and other proposed benefits cannot be sold as available until implemented.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly recurring billing is planned but not implemented. Before subscriptions launch, customers must receive a working way to cancel and a clear explanation of when cancellation takes effect and what access remains. No cancellation link or customer portal is claimed to exist in this preview.
Withdrawal, refunds and service problems
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for non-conforming digital services, remain applicable. A recurring digital service must not automatically be treated as a download whose withdrawal right disappears on first use. The final policy and any consent flow must be reviewed for the actual offering and applicable jurisdictions. There is no blanket no-refunds policy.
Payment provider and support
Stripe is the intended payment provider, but no connected merchant account or live payment flow is in place. The seller’s support and billing contact, invoice details, payment configuration and refund-handling process must be completed before accepting money.
Operator and privacy contact: not yet provided. Do not send sensitive information through chart notes or exports as a substitute for contacting the operator.
