1. Draft status and scope
The legal operator and contact details are pending. These draft terms describe the intended use of the free preview and must be finalized before a commercial agreement is offered. No subscription can be purchased through the current preview.
2. What the workspace provides
TRADERUNISON provides local planning, journaling, calculators, report comparison and an optional screenshot-based swing-structure module. Its method library contains research prompts, not executable trading strategies. The structure module uses fixed rules and does not evaluate every trading method.
3. Your trading decisions
Outputs are informational workflow aids, not personalized investment recommendations, brokerage services or instructions to buy or sell. You choose instruments, assumptions and actions. Verify prices, contract specifications, costs and order details independently. Nothing promises profitability or eliminates the possibility of loss.
4. Inputs and acceptable use
Use files and information you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful material, misuse another person’s data, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware or interfere with the service. Do not present an output as a guaranteed forecast or misrepresent its source or limitations.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your own input files and notes. Importing a screenshot into the local preview does not grant permission to publish it. Third-party charts, market data, trademarks and photographs may carry their own rights and conditions. The service’s name and original interface content are not a grant to claim affiliation with TRADERUNISON or its referenced providers.
6. Availability and saved records
This is a development preview. Features, calculations and presentation may change and outages may occur. Local browser storage is not a guaranteed backup; clearing site data or browser eviction may remove records. Keep exports where continuity matters. Cloud recovery and cross-device synchronization are not provided.
7. Limits of outputs
Image compression, unusual candle colors, drawings, missing history and incomplete candles can affect screenshot recognition. A readable image does not establish a profitable strategy. Calculator outputs depend on the inputs and do not model every instrument, margin rule or execution condition. In particular, the linear position-size calculator is not an options or multi-leg risk model.
8. Mandatory rights and liability
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. A final governing-law, complaints and dispute-resolution provision requires the operator’s details and review of the actual service and customer markets. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or blanket no-refunds term is imposed here.
9. Changes and contact
Material commercial terms must be shown before a customer agrees to buy. The final operator name, business address, support contact and effective terms date are still required. This draft is not evidence that those steps have been completed.
Operator and privacy contact: not yet provided. Do not send sensitive information through chart notes or exports as a substitute for contacting the operator.
